1. Service Description

PixBot is a WhatsApp-based AI service that transforms your selfie photos into Nigerian fashion images using artificial intelligence. The service is operated by Bamaja Online Integrated Services Limited.

2. Free & Paid Usage

New users receive 5 free image credits. Free images are delivered at reduced resolution with a watermark. Paid credits provide full HD quality images without watermarks. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PixBot only with photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use. You must not use the service to create inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

Images are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be perfect representations. Results vary based on photo quality and the AI model's capabilities. We do not guarantee specific results.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original selfie photos. AI-generated images are provided for your personal use. The PixBot brand, name, and technology are property of Bamaja Online Integrated Services Limited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PixBot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for credits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PixBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
